Expensive for B & B
Great location for walking South West coastal path.
Hotel price for a B & B experience; rooms adequately equipped but not great, no other facilities. Didn't like wet room bathroom, everything gets soaked, door starting to rot due to exposure to water. Breakfast very good with good service. Reception not always manned but phone provided to contact staff. Check in and check out very brusque without any pleasantries offered.
Different to a standard B&B
Stayed while walking the South West Coast Path from Lulworth to Swanage and was a perfect location.
Set around a courtyard you do not feel like you are sharing a house. Had single room which was big enough, spotlessly clean en suite wet room and real character. Breakfast was quickly cooked and very good. Kate is a real asset to the location as she was great.
