Wonderful 3 day stay!!
From the moment we arrived at the hotel the customer service was excellent, particularly from a very welcoming gentleman called Michael.
Nothing was too much trouble and can't praise him enough. We have stayed in many hotels in the uk and abroad, but can honestly say this is one of the best or indeed the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The whole experience from the staff to the surroundings, from the pool to the location and not forgetting the food was faultless.
We have no hesitation what so ever in recommending this fantastic hotel to any future guests and certainly look forward to our next visit!
Disappointed, no hot water.
Booked deluxe double for two nights, allocated room 26.
Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Large well furnished room with TV, fridge and tea-making etc facilities. King size bed with crisp freshly laundered bedding, very clean. Fresh milk in fridge very welcome. Good freshly cooked breakfast but did not consider the evening meals to be worthy of the prices. Bathroom in serious need of a makeover. Big disappointment was the lack of hot water in the bathroom, lukewarm only in both basin and shower however long it was run and at whatever time.
