Late booking

The customer service was brilliant, the young lady waited for us to arrive as we were stuck in traffic.

The room was adequate, but we only wanted to sleep. Decor very old and outdated, in need of some refurbing. The shower was hot, which is a good thing, but wouldn't turn off. Having a car park was a bonus.

Problems at the royal kings Arms

The Hotel was run down, decorationetc. The windows needed cleaning, one cord was broken, had been for some time, resulting in the window being propped open with a wooden brick.

The shower was broken we were offered another room but this was the floor above and as the lift was broken, the alternative accommodation was refused. No tea bags in the room, had to queue to make toast in the morning.
