Short notice booking, looking for something cheap and cheerful and we were very happy with the result.

Unfortunately, my husband is 6'4" and found the bed wth a wooden foot bar a tad uncomfortable. I however found the bed to be very comfortable. We could have done without the seagull dawn chorus but that's the seaside for you. The room was very small but with a very good shower and the walls were thin. Thankfully, we had good neighbours. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was awful, however, absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they were very attentive to our needs. The garden was lovely to sit In, to read and relax; I even managed to do a yoga
