City hotel, lovely staff, cheap!
Can be noisy but ear plugs are offered.
Higher up is less noisy. All your needs are met here, staff are lovely!
Misleading, uncomfortable and poor value
We booked this hotel for 2 main reasons, air conditioning in the rooms and onsite car park (according to laterooms) and we were advised on a voice message received as we checked in that air conditioning had been broken for weeks, and that the onsite car park was in fact off site !.
(using the railway station car park). The room key didn't work and the "double bed" was in fact 2 singles pushed together and the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. We didn't have breakfast as the lobby and restaurant area was a seething mass of people so we went elsewhere.
