Great value but not for tea drinkers
Quality hotel, well located and good value for London.
A bit of a warren with lots of stairs so not suitable for the physically challenged. Staff very well trained and willing. The food side of the operation is in a pub which I did not like. Tea is terrible, served from a thermos. Coffee took an age to come. At £17 breakfast not worth it. Room service was quick and very good.
The hotel was beautiful and very well organised.
The only slight dissappoint end was the standard of the fixtures and fittings left a little to be desired.
That's is being picky though on a very good experience.
