Arrived at hotel and had to pay £5 to park as no instructions that passes were available.

Packing sign stipulated that guests would be reimbursed- this is not the case.

After checking in at the bar I was given a bunch of keys and made my way to the room. To say the room was compact is an understatement. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Windows did not fit and the room was freezing. Spent some time fiddling with ththe radiator and waited for it to warm up. One electrical socket in the whole room and nowhere near the kettle so guests have a choic of putting TV on, making tea or charging mobile devices.

Bathroom - shower was so mouldy I chose not to use it. Towel rail was hanging off the wall.
