The Town House Fontana di Trevi is a new elegant bed and breakfast located in the very heart of Rome, at only 25 mt from the enchanting Baroque masterpiece of Trevi Fountain. It’s exactly located in Via de Crociferi 41, close to the major tourist attractions offered by the Eternal City. This charming property offers luxury rooms, elegantly furnished, housed in a noble building dated XVI Century.
The perfect position of the Town House Fontana di Trevi will allow you to discover walking the whole historical centre of Rome: in a few minutes, you will reach Piazza di Spagna, another symbol of the city, Rome’s luxury shopping area between Via Frattina, Via dei Condotti and Via del Corso; Piazza del Popolo, the Ara Pacis and more. In a few minutes you will also reach the Tiber’s banks and have a pleasant walk direct to the imposing St. Peters’ cathedral and the most popular museums of the world: the Vatican Museums. Fabulous Fontana di trevi townhouse
Prior to arrival correspondence with Francesca was excellent.
A mobile number was provided if we needed to contact. We arrived late at night but were happily met by Uddin. Uddin quickly showed us to our room. There were a few steps but nothing too challenging. Our room was immaculate. With a Delonghi coffee machine and kettle Melbourne toast and jams. We had a very special spa bath in our bedroom with amazing lighting. It was fabulous. Separate bathroom with a lovely big hot shower. Table and chairs also. Breakfast was delivered at the time of our choosing by the fantastic Lola!. Breakfast was a typical continental croissants bread hams frittata yoghurts and cappuccino. Perfect. Now for lovely Lola - our room was perhaps an attic room at the top of a set of private stairs but this was never an issue for Lola. She brought breakfast to our door and brought it inside every day. She provided an iron and ironing board on request and could not have been more helpful. On our first morning Lola slapped a tourist map on the wall and told us everything we needed to know, see and do in Rome for our 5 days. She was not wrong!. She offered tips and advice and her generally happy bubbly self made our stay. A great place to stay. A must for Rome. As for Rome itself - visit - it's wonderful!. Ps the location is absolutely perfect!. Thank you so much to Lola.
Fantastic, fantastic & fantastic!
Where do you start?.
I simply cannot recommend Town House strongly enough. Before I start, if you want all the luxury of your own home, you can either stay at home or find a place that will charge you £1000 per night and maybe you will be happy... If you are like us then this is the place for you. It is literally right next door to the famous Fountain Di Trevi and is pretty much central to everything else worth seeing in Rome, some of which are a matter of minutes walking distance. But thats not the best part, I really cannot thank Francesca and Lola enough for their amazing hospitality and very personal touch. From before we arrived where Francesca was in touch to ensure our arrival in Rome was promptly met by a taxi which took us directly to the Town House. Then she helped us get settled in with a fabulous coffee followed by handing me a detailed map of Rome which she proceeded to mark up with all of the must see attractions along with recommendations of a number of exceptional restaurants and Icecream shops. Breakfast was simple, excellent quality, plentiful and delivered to our room at a time of our choosing.
I absolutely applaud the service and personalised care that we received throughout our stay and can say that we have never experienced a better and more genuine welcome on any of our travels to date. Francesca and her colleagues really have set the standard. Thank you so much Francesca and Lola, you guys are amazing beautiful people!. :- ) xxx
