We stayed for one night onlyand the accommodation was fine for a short staybut breakfast average.
The room was comfortable and clean with a good en-suite and shower.
However I encountered a problem getting to sleep because it was raining heavily and because of poorly maintained rainwater goods, gutters were overflowing and leaking resulting in endless noise from drips onto flat roof surfaces outside our window. The hotel management really need to invest some money in the buildings. Just cleaning and repairing the guttering would make such a difference. The quality of the cooked breakfast ingredients was poor. I would gladly pay a little more if I could be guarranteed a good quality sausage, egg and bacon rasher on my plate in the morning.
short Highland break
