Upgrade charged after note in "Comments" for quiet room with sea view if possible
Not satisfied that hotel charged for upgrade when I only left a note in comments section for quiet room with sea view if possible.
If hotel wanted to upgrade us, they should have asked for our confirmation first and not automatically charged us a premium. Not happy. Have often added requests in comments, never been charged for an upgrade before. I reckon this particular hotel is taking advantage...LateRooms sent us a confirmation of our booking & that is what we should have been charged. No way is there anything on paper accepting an upgrade.

Very poor service, stained sheets, rude staff and poor food.
Email complaint has repeatedly been ignored. I would not recommend this!!!!
