Does what it says on the tin ...
and gives you somewhere to put your head down for the night that is clean, dry and warm. The bed was a bit hard and I woke up very sore so suggest the bed could do with a nice bed topper. However, the room was very quiet so I slept really well over all. The remote on the TV was broken so I had to work out how to control the TV from the set up buttons on the side. To be fair, the Manager did offer me the option to move rooms when he couldn't get the control to work either but, as I had already unpacked and settled in and the TV was not the most important thing to me, I declined. I also ordered food which they very kindly let me eat in my room and brought to me at an agreed time. This looked very appetising but was a little cold however, room service is not their normal option so, the kitchen was not equipped for such a request.
What I will say is that the Customer Service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and everything I asked for, they happily accommodated even when it was not their usual way. All the staff were really helpful and the Manager even knocked £5 off my bill as I did not stay for the breakfast that was included in the cost of the room as well as making me a latte in my travel mug to take with me on my business journey.
