Hotel is ok, rooms are a bit dated, food is ok and plenty of choice.
I was all inclusive but Bar charge extra for premium brands of drinks and for barista coffee, ( you can get coffee and tea out of a machine for free). Room has no tea or coffee or fridge or or decent toiletries ( sachets of shower gel combined with shampoo.). Shower was dodgy
Rooms smell of stake cigarettes.

The hotel is ideal located and clean, I can't really fault the hotel apart from the bar.
You are allowed two drinks per person on the all inclusive board which are in drinks machine plastic cups, the food was for the Spanish guest staying there which were mainly pensioners so the evening entertainment was aimed at them, I think the hotel would be great for families in the summer months as it as five pools and tennis courts and plenty for everyone to be occupied, as for the area of el arenals it seems very run down.
