Friendly and comfortable B&B in stunning location.

The view from my room was spectacular and the location of this B&B was excellent - I travelled by train and so all I had to do was walk down the hill.

There was no unwanted noise from traffic or trains. The gardens next to the B&B leading down to the river allowed me to walk into Berwick without walking along the main road. The welcome was friendly and the quirky decor was enjoyable. My comfortable large room was furnished in keeping with the history of the building. Wifi was good, the amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful, sitting around a large table which encouraged guests to speak to each other over breakfast.
