I found my stay with my daughter easy and enjoyable.

Travelling from the North by car I needed somewhere reasonably priced to stay to avoid travelling both ways in one day, easy for the car and getting into the city centre via tube avoiding congestion fees etc. Straight off the M1 it couldn't be easier and speedy. This B and B allowed all this, Kilburn tube is an easy walk and we managed a good busy day in London and a good nights sleep before our hoe journey. Clean and acceptable not fancy like some London hotels but not a fancy price. Just what we required without costing the earth. Breakfast was basic but fine. Definitely would use again if travelling by car and need a place to stay.

okay, but noisy

Check in, and parking all good.

Bathroom compact, but functional. Room basic, and a little tired. We had an unsettled nights sleep due to a party, with disco under our room in the bar until 1am. Also being a summer's night, we needed the ill fighting windows to be open, but the road was noisy, and the traffic never stopped, including lorries thundering down the road. Breakfast very basic, with no hot food option. Short walk to the train station, with good connections to Wembley Stadium & London.
