Over priced and tired
Having been double booked by another agency in my original choice of accommodation (beautiful smart clean spacious and a fraction of the price to the Ibis) I was extremely underwhelmed when I arrived at the Ibis.
The rooms were very dated and in need of an upgrade, really cramped with very basic facilities. to add insult to injury, parking was charged extra, as was breakfast !!!. making the cost very expensive. Breakfast was a serve yourself limited buffet. There are certainly no luxury touches at this hotel and the bar area is also bright impersonal and bland. For the money charged I felt completely ripped off!!. There was a 'Budget' hotel over the road - I dread to know what that one was like.
