Over night stay Aug 6th.

Hotel was clean and suited our one night stay although it was a Twin room rather than a Double which we would have preferred.

It was very hot in the room with no air-conditioning, there was a fan provided but this was noisy for all night use. The scaffolding outside our bedroom window meant we did not want to leave the window open all night. Breakfast was adequate but was not worth the additional fee of £9.75p.p. On the plus side it has good parking on site and is within walking distance of City Centre which is 20-30 minutes. There are frequent buses from the City that stop outside the Hotel and Taxis cost a fiver to the Quay. On the night we stayed there was a leak in the Hotel Bar from one of the overhead rooms which didn't cause too much disruption as it was a Thursday evening so was not busy. On the whole it was a good experience.

Given a room with connecting door; never good for a single woman travelling alone.

I listened to the BBC news via the TV in the next room. Breakfast not included in rate. On the other hand it is ideally suited for business in the city.
