Good value for money but room not big enough for 3 - child 17 and six foot.

I felt the service very poor as the room was not equipped with a third pillow and towel . I politely asked for this to be corrected twice and both times they staff failed to produce - it cost nothing to correct and so no excuse for the oversight. Just an observation - the odd job man did a very poor job of filling some holes in a wall in the canteen. Not acceptable at any level!

Good value for money.

Stayed at the Ibis when attending a concert at the Hydro.

Good value for money. No fuss. No frills. Excellent location. Plenty of places to eat at Springfield Quay. Have stayed at an Ibis elsewhere and would not rate the breakfast. Don't bother here as most restaurants in the Quay serve breakfast. Would use Hotel again.
