Not good value!

The hotel markets itself as 'budget', but I spent £94 for one night on a very hard and uncomfortable bed, and breakfast wasn't even included.

Enough said.

Uncomfortable bed and not clean - poor value for money

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, came back up with a bad back and shoulders.

We also found mould on the mattress protector. Disappointing that there are no kettles in the room also and the breakfasts are not worth the money at all. You could get what was offered for a lot less.

The full stay (3 nights cost £260). I spoke to the staff when leaving and I was given a refund for the last night (Sunday) of £46. The staff were very apologetic and offered a free stay when I next go to Glasgow although I don't think this would ever happen unless the beds are all changed.
