Odd bathroom size and room view
Bathroom was a really odd size.
Toilet was so close to the wall and door, ended up standing side on. And the hand sink was far to small for the water pressure, once the tap was turned on it cover me and the floor with water. View out the window was a state. Stacked chairs with old water machines and tables with cables everywhere, Not what I was expecting to be looking on to. at breakfast food was good, however the fruit juices supplied didn't taste fresh
Special Treatment for Laterooms bookers?
Should have been great, but really let down by by the service and room selection Receptionist managed to check me in without actually making eye contact.
Room was at the very end of the last corridor, beautifully clean and well appointed but with an odd layout and small window with a perfect view of a hotel wall 4 feet away.
My guess is that booking through a consolidator site instead of paying the substantially higher rack rate was the reason. Book direct, pay more and you might do better but I won't be going back.
