A few issues
After listing a long review on trip advisor with the issues here are the main points Wrong name upon arrival at the hotel Given room with the worst view of a massive radio communications tower despite requesting nicest room possible please for the agreed rate as I intended to propose so want me to make it extra special for my fiancé Promised at time of booking after speaking to a live agent this was a city view in the first place and told no by the hotel Bathroom door didn't lock in room as the door didn't fit the frame properly Door man was rude 60 euro bar bill from someone else was added to bill at checkout clearly a different person but just asked ok sign here to pay the total for your stay Wasn't asked how are stay was Concierge / guest services was asked could we have a plaster up please as my girlfriend cut her foot on something in the hotel , this was never sent, so I headed down to be told ah I thought you would just turn up if it wasn't sent.
All told these and a few other issues took the shine off it personally hotel wise and felt more like a number and an income for them, not two people staying in Rome to get engaged.
