At over 400 euros a night I expected something incredible.
What a disappointment. They wanted me to pay extra for breakfast. The shower did not work. Hotel staff were cold and unfriendly. One the positive. The decor was quite imaginative.
Cool but smelly hotel
Hotel staff really friendly and helpful and hotel design really cool however room 110 which we were first offered smelt really bad, not sure what of but inhabitable.
We were then offered Room 107 which was exactly the same, the smell also permeated throughout the hall ways. We were then offered, at a discounted rate, an executive room without smell; we accepted the offer even though we thought it was a tad inappropriate to change us but not knowing Madrid and arriving late we accepted our plight.
