Not what we expected

As we arrived we had trouble with getting into the car park (had to park elsewhere and go in to be able to speak to someone).

As you walk in its a bar and also the reception, but the women was busy chatting to someone and completely ignored us as we walked in, so I walked around to speak to her and asked where reception was and she said 'here'.... So it wasn't a great start.

You have to pay £8 per night for the car park (providing they actually have a space free) so thankfully we were only there for the 1 night.

Once in the room we had a very temperamental TV, so it would either come on straight away, or we would spend 10 minutes trying to get it to turn on, fairly frustrating when the rugby was on. We had the superior room, and there wasn't anything 'superior' about it for £74 per night (late booked). We had a dirty towel and floor towel (It looked like someone's red/purple hair dye) and no matter how low we turned the air conditioning down, we still had to sleep without the sheets, all night. I wouldn't ever stay there again or recommend, although there was one guy on reception who was kind enough and the bar area looked pretty good, other than that, I would say it wasn't worth the money paid for.
