quite happy with the room all though we was aware of the wedding we thought the staff would have had more control over the noise levels after the party was over doors banging through the night and no thought for other guests.
bed comfort 5/5 sleep hardly any
I asked for a ground floor room as mother disabled in a wheelchair.
We were in a twin room on the ground floor there was no wheelchair access to the room. We were down the corridorquite a way a long way to walk for a person who is predominately in a wheelchair. To get to the room my mother had to struggle with her Zimmer frame down a slope without grab rail through a door, down the corridor again no grab rail, down two steps no grab rail, through another door, then down another two steps without a grab rail to finally get to the room. I could not get my mother to the room in her wheelchair. The room had a walk in shower but again no grab rail. When will people learn one disabled toilet and a walk in shower is not disabled friendly. We will not stay here again.
