Very helpful and pleasure to deal with.
Warm and welcoming environment.
disappointing in every way except location to Warwick Town Centre
Poor value for money: the room was cramped; the one towel had a large hole in the center, and my request for another towel was ignored.
The bathroom was so tiny that I could barely move without bumping my shins, and I am a 5'4'' slender woman. There was no information available about the city or its attractions. Basically, I was handed a key and ignored. This is particularly notable as I stayed two blocks up the same street on the following evening at a wonderful Guest House where I was received by a warm, efficient host, given a lovely bright, cheerful large room with decent towels, lighting etc etc and a generous Continental breakfast. The host was also very helpful in recommending various sites, sights, etc. The price was 7 Pounds Less than the Avon....!
