What a let down

I thought I would treat myself and spend an Extra £20 for a four star hotel and not go into a premier inn , the room was small, TV channels selection very poor, bathroom so small that when I sat on the toilet my knees touched the wall and on top the breakfast was cold and poor selection .

So I will never go back and stay in the premier inn in future .

Great location, quiet and clean

Although the hotel is small in stature the rooms are spacious and superbly designed to fit it all in a small space without feeling crammed in.

The road the hotel is on is really quiet but only a stones throw from Earls Court station and all links into central London. I stayed on business with a limited spending budget and this hotel as was perfect for my budget.
