I was struck by the good value of the Bn B ,how clean and well furnished this period house was with a good strong shower, coffee and TV in our bedroom.
Sheila was helpful in directing us to our destination and later arranging a taxi into town. We were able to come as we pleased. My only comment would be to have a stronger filter coffee but that's a preference thing. Thankyou.
A very welcome journey break.
I found a real family atmosphere, the Land Lady welcomed me into her home which was well appointed and I had a very comfortable night .
A useful stop over on the way to Scotland. Only drawback was the lack of a good eating place nearby, but the local fish and chips were excellent. The breakfast was huge!!
