friendly and helpful staff

Room was a good size, we were given two choices of room, one with no direct daylight but would be quiet the other had plenty of daylight but was situated at the side of the hotel and could be noisy as there were nightclubs nearby.

We chose the quiet room 337. Bed was comfy and two extra pillows were suppied on request. The only issue we had was with the shower. I had a shower in the evening but couldn't turn it off so we reported it to reception. We got ready to go out for the evening and still no one came. I reported it again as we were leaving for the show and was told someone would see to it. When we got back it wasn;t running as fast but was dripping all night. We both showered in the morning and my husband did manage to turn it off but it took some strength.
