Basic but did the job
The building itself is run down and in great need for a renovation.
They have obviously tried to make every room in the building into a guest room (our room looked like it should have been the reception office). We were given the key to our room and given no tour and had to find the room for ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. However, the bed was next to the radiator which they left on all night on high. It was unbearable and left us dehydrated in the morning. The room came with a shower (which fluctuated in temperature) but no toilet. The toilet was a fair distance away and was a single toilet in a small box room with no windows. The breakfast was very good (a full Irish breakfast with good service). However, overall, far too expensive for what it provided. Should be cheaper and have an en-suite bathroom.
Bed and breakfast excellent value for money if wanting cheap accommodation close to the centre.
The bed and breakfast is quite run down in need of some work. Door to room was very difficult to open hot water did not work and curtain rail fell down.
