100% would recommend it to a friend
Hotel was exactly like the photos; was worried in case it was only some rooms that looked like the pictures online but it was just gorgeous.
The bed was huge and so comfortable. Bathroom was impeccably clean and the shower was great. Huge TV in the room however channels were limited. Extra pillows and towels already provided in the room which was great. Only thing I would touch upon was the selection at breakfast- typical sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissant, cereals, fruit etc but some traditional Irish potato and soda bread. Would have been the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend this hotel - superbly located!
Great location for getting about!
Great hotel and location for getting around Dublin.
We booked this hotel as a last minute thing and wasn't left disappointed. Firstly the rooms - we booked a double but ended up in a triple room which was spacious with double bed and single. Room was very clean and most importantly for myself the bathroom was spotless with good shower. The hotel even has the added security that only guests can access lifts to rooms and in the evening/night you need to buzz in to reception so no people can just wander in and out.
Location - nice residential area with couple great little restaurants nearby and 2 min walk to Jamesons distillery. Easy commute from airport on the airlink 747 bus, with a couple mins walk across the river. We bought a 72 hour leap pass (€19) which worked out perfect as the hotel is right next to LUAS tram stop with a 5 min ride to O'Connell St and the centre of Dublin one way and a 5 min ride the other way gets you close to Phoenix Park and Dublin Zoo, with Guiness storehouse another couple stops down. We found it best using the LUAS line to Abbey St then walk about from there and if ever in doubt on way back just jumped the bus to O'Connell St and worked way back from there. Would definitely recommend this hotel as its close enough but not at the same time nice and quiet of a night. Will be back for sure if ever in Dublin again.
