Little Treaddow Farmhouse

4AA Assessed Bed and Breakfast Ratings explained
Little Treaddow Farmhouse , St. Owen's Cross, , Hereford, HR2 8LQ
Little Treaddow Farmhouse is a 4 Star, Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast accommodation in rural South Herefordshire, overlooking the Welsh Mountains, but convenient for M50 motorway (Junction 4), Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, Gloucester & Monmouth. This 400 year old former Malt House has been converted with loving care offering a home from home place to stay. When it comes to things to do you’re spoilt for choice in Herefordshire. Our stunning natural backdrop is the perfect place to be at one with the outdoors. Our art and culture are enough to keep even the most literary scholars happy and there’s more history in our backyard than you can shake a medieval stick at. If you like your scenery whizzing past a little faster there’s plenty of adventure sports action too. If you get heady about country houses then Hampton Court Castle and Gardens along with National Trust owned properties such as Berrington Hall and the Brockhampton Estate are all open to visitors. Between medieval Goodrich to norman revival at Eastnor you’ll find over 1000 years of Castle architecture. Hereford Cathedral, with the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library is another must-see attraction. Whenever you choose to visit Herefordshire you can be assured of one thing – somewhere nearby something interesting will happening. We love culture and we love a festival – there’s poetry in Ledbury, folk in Bromyard, the county-wide Borderlines film festival that celebrates the moving image, our famous Flavours of Herefordshire ‘feastival’ that showcases our local food and performances galore. The Contemporary Craft Fair and h.Art festival are ideal for those who like to see artistic creativity at its best
