Unclean

We were greeted on arrival by 2 lovely ladies and one escorted us to our room.

This is the only good thing I have to say about our stay. When we left our key on leaving there was no-one to speak to RE our issue with the room. I haven't emailed the hotel directly as I tried to contact them via email 2 weeks prior to our stay and recieved no reply. The cleaniness of the room was practically non-existant. The shower had brown marks on it's floor, there were cobwebs and spiders dotted all around the bathroom and we were unable to make ourselves a cup of tea in the morning as the kettle was covered in a thick layer of dust so we did not want to use it.

We also found the beds hard and uncomfortable. All in all I would neither use nor recommend this hotel again and certainly feel that it was not value for money.

Booking Failure

I'd liked to have stayed in this hotel but due to LateRooms failure to make the booking on my behalf I was unable to as the hotel was full.

Fortunately, the sympathetic and helpful staff rang around a number of local hotels and found me somewhere else to stay for the night.
