Brilliant place to stay if you are going to Harry Potter world.
Lovely friendly people.
Pay the extra and stay at other hotel
The room looked cute when my wife and I entered to room, we instantly noticed how uneven the food was and the bed was sloping.
The room was cold with the windows left open, the radiator didn't work properly only getting warm at the bottom. The shower filled with water and didn't run off, leaving cold water about 2" deep. I hadn't realised how close to the railway we were. The staff, a young woman greeted us and she was very friendly, but I want down again and another woman was on the bar, she wasn't very friendly or helpful. All in all we should have paid the extra £20 and stayed at other hotel.
