Business trip to Northumberland
Good accommodation, excellent food, spoilt by petty and childish rules which turns this hotel into a B&B.
As an example, a guest can only have food in their room if they are too ill to dine in the pub. I have never been to a venue where you had to produce a doctor's note (silly people). Landlady not very hospitable. Has that air of superiority so redolent in a person from a poor and ignorant background, Why go into the hospitality business when you're not hospitable. Overall a very good place to stay. If the owners are reading this go and have a good look in the mirror. You are in danger of spoiling a great place.
