Best B&B I have ever stayed in

Beautiful house and garden in a fabulous location at the foot of the Malvern Hills.

My ensuite room was very pretty, spotlessly clean and oh so quiet. The shower room had fluffy towels and bathrobe and exquisite toiletries. Breakfast is definitely something to look forward to. Fabulous cooked breakfast with homemade wholemeal toast and a buffet with everything you could wish for and more. The hosts Mark and Alex were very friendly, helpful and attentive: the perfect hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend Treherne House.

Listening And Take Notice Of Customer Needs

Initial contact impression with them was: 'putting the customer first' when I asked about a menu of a nearby pub I had spotted online and did they have one in their hand outs.

They didn't but suggested another local eating house. After further communication they said they would book the table for us. How many guest houses do this. They also provided the goats milk I use due to an intolerance and put it on ice each morning. The only thing missing for us was a slip mat for the shower but after the first morning of having put a flannel to stand on a slip mat was provided: (though it was a little big a bath one) I'm sure their extracting standards will now provide these as a matter of course. Very professional but with a good friendly customer service interested in listening to what people want.
