Fantastic Value

My wife and I stayed here when attending a reunion in Bradford, the quality and cleanliness of our room impressed us both and the friendliness of the staff was delightful.

We would not hesitate in recommending this b&b to anyone and we will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was also a delight. Cereal, fresh orange juice, continental meats and cheeses, melon, fresh pineapple and a full English what more could you want?

My nitpicky opinion of the place but worth a stay again.

The value of the hotel is by far worth it's money considering it comes with breakfast which no place around the area does that with this cost.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The chef in the restaurant across is very welcoming and friendly to speak with. Room quality is good but some nitpicky stuff that some people could find a bit bothersome but not worth complaining about e.g. top half of the arch window is not covered and so people who are standing in their garden across the street can see the top half of your head, my desk chair wheels were a bit stiff, sometimes the shower runs out of water but you just need to reconfigure the settings or could be a mechanism to stop me overusing the shower water and there were these woven veil decorations around the wardrobe which was a removed a bit.

Room cleaning service is good as they removed the dirt from the ground from my shoes meaning they vacuum it up. They refill your stuff meaning they do their job. Quality of food for breakfast is good considering they can cook you a range of meals from their list. Although the fish was pretty salty but tasty and the black pudding lacked taste. That is more preference so you have to try that. Restaurant food is worth's it's money and taste good.

I will warn you guys, there are field mouse. First it is a farm, second is that the mice are small to consider being a threat and they aren't rats. Also it is a farm area, there is like no smell or the smell of the country side if you want to know. Can be a bit muddy when walking to your room but that can be avoided. There is a farm shop that sells what appears to be polish products, butcher meat and range of other foods. Worth buying from as I can't seem to find these products unless I went to a polish like shop. The placement of the hotel is good as it isn't congested to get to the area and it is near the M62 so you have access to other places to visit. So well worth the stay for the money. I would stay again. 8 or 9/10 if you guys want a rating.
