The Staff were so helpful, the room was clean and the towels and bedding were very clean.
My husband has Dementia and the Staff went out their way to be helpful including selecting the most suitable room for us. The reason for the trip was to see my 87 year old Dad of whom when he visited us at the Hotel the Staff were so very kind and helpful.
Rooms need a make over!
Very tired and dated rooms, mattresses on beds lumpy and tired, curtains held on with drawing pins and a very small bathroom, you have to open the bathroom door to have enough room to dry yourself.
Positive point lovely hot shower
Found breakfast a little disappointing with the cooked breakfast not very warm, bacon that looked and tasted like it had been cooked on a barbecue griddle and eggs that were still raw on top. Toast and cereals were fine.
