A treasure !
Made to feel welcome from the onset of the stay.
Room was ideal for my disabled wife with a well proportioned walk in shower. There was everything in the room you could want from shower gel to mending kit. Even fresh milk was offered instead of UHT. Breakfast was freshly cooked and of an excellent quantity and quality. We will certainly stay again.
Music in Pickering
At the last minute I had decided to attend a country music festival being held at Pickering Show Ground.
I was able to book a room at the Crossways. The hotel is really well situated in the middle of Pickering so perfect for looking round the town and getting to the venue I was attending. Friendly welcome on arrival and the service was excellent all the time. The breakfasts were delicious - food was perfectly cooked, served on hot plates and brought to table very soon after ordering. Good choice of fruit, cereals, yoghurt etc. Very pleasant stay. Paul and Pauline are very service orientated and it shows.
