worst mattress ever, had to leave hotel to go home to sleep

Had to leave early hours, disgusting quality mattress, the bed was so soft I rolled out of the side, two beds pushed together not what I expected I like a super king, only two small pillows, throw on the bed looked dull,no sockets to charge phone or iPad, at side of bed.

bathroom lighting poor, would expect it would not meet building regulations, no light over mirror, cold bathroom, main room lighting very low, the whole place cheaply fitted out , overdue for a refurb, mattress not fit for a dog, what a waste of money. would pay for a taxi next time, such a disappointment. I have stayed in hotels all over the world throughout my life working and leisure, three four and five star but never experienced a floppy uneven unsupportive bed like this, wasted Sixty five pounds, will be contacting trading standards in the near future.

suberb for the money

Could not find any fault.

Staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for us with no problem. Room was spotless and the bed could have slept four people easily.
