Airport stop over

Great hotel for airport overnight.

IOnly real disappointment was the quality and number of towels. We were 3 in a 3 bedded room and 2 bath towels. Very poor quality towels. Also the big cumbersome old fashioned TV.

Poor Customer Service

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the bathtub had a hair left in it so it made this feel like it had not been clean properly.

There was a vending machines that served glass bottle beer. When we used this machine, one of glass bottles smashed and the liquid inside the bottle went everywhere. When I informed Tony at reception, he found it funny and I didn't not as it was a hazard. When I asked him for reimbursement of a 5 euro bottle that had been smashed before it even came out of the vending machine, he said he would only give us 2.50 euro. I found this showed a very poor sense of customer service. He simply shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care. It's not nice to know that the hotel could of put me in danger as I could of cut my hands or slipped over. I would expect a level of customer service that would of been able to sort the issue there and then.
