Perfect place to stop en-route.
Second time I've used this place the night before heading home to Italy after visiting family.
Staff are attentive and polite. Breakfast is good but I still shed a tear at an £8 breakfast 😃 Rooms clean and comfortable, for my preference a fan or air con would be good.
Stayed for one night during a journey to Scotland.
Room basic and nothing like the photos shown on websites. The fact the pictures were so misleading is my main gripe. Our room was small, noisy, and had mould and damp in the shower. Understand for a budget break its not going to be top notch but felt cheap and under maintained. Food is great in the pub next door (which again probably wasn't mentioned enough in advert).
