From J27 on M5 take A361 (Exmoor) at South Molton turn right on A399 signposted Lynton then at Blackmore Gate right on A39 still Lynton, past signs for Parracombe and Hunters Inn just past Woody Bay station turn left signposted Martinhoe and small sign for The Old Rectory Hotel, follow road for two miles and you arrive.
