The Park Inn York is centrally located on the banks of the River Ouse and is only a few minutes walk from all the main City centre attractions and shopping areas.

After a £5 million pound investment programme in 2008, the en suite rooms at the hotel now feature air conditioning, flat screen 26'' digital TV's, in room laptop size safes, individual in room heating controls, FREE wi-fi and large drench style showers as standard.

Upgrade to a Business Friendly Room which are located between floors 5-8 and enjoy views of the City, York Minster and River Ouse, these rooms also include breakfast, choice of daily newspaper, mineral water and king size beds.

From the North - From the A1 to A59 to City Centre, pass through City walls, through first set of traffic lights, at second set of lights, turn left onto North Street
From the A19 cross the outer ring road A1237 into York, passing the Theatre Royal. Turn right at the traffic lights, over the bridge to the next set of lights. Turn left into George Hudson Street. Turn left at the next lights and first left into North Street.

From the South - M1/M18 Junction 2 and M1 - J48 on to the A64 and then take the A1036 sliproad to the city centre. Pass through the city walls, turn left into North Street.

From the East - A 1079 to the City centre to Walmgate. Turn left and continue past the Barbican Centre. Stay on the right and follow the one-way system, keeping to the middle lane to the roundabout. Continue to the next set of traffic lights passing Cliffords Tower on the right. After crossing the river turn right onto North Street
