The Royal Oxford Hotel is ideally located just two minutes from the heart of Oxford, and is very close to the railway and bus stations. This central position makes it the ideal choice for both vacation and business travellers. Free Broadband connection available throughout the hotel over our wireless internet network. We offer complementary bottled water and fresh fruits (apples and oranges) in all rooms. The Royal Oxford Hotel is fully AIR CONDITIONED in all areas including the bedrooms and is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

With regards to car parking, we can arrange a space for £5/car/night in the
vicinity of the hotel.

There are restricted hours during which you can arrive to park the car.

By Road
From the north and south leave the M40 at Junction 9 and proceed along the A34 towards Oxford. Follow the A34 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the North Hinksey / Botley Junction (please ignore all Junctions before this one). At the roundabout on the Botley Junction take the first exit and proceed in the middle lane for 500 yards until you reach a T Junction (opposite McDonalds, turn left at this Junction and follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles, at which point you will travel under a railway bridge, at the traffic lights after the bridge the hotel will come into view directly in front of you. For car parking (see below) you will need to travel down the road to the right side of the hotel as you face it By turning right then first left

Car Parking
Is somewhat difficult in Oxford, with continuing road works and traffic improvements, please feel free to call the hotel for the latest information prior to setting out on your journey. The hotel does not have a car park of its own.

Public Car Park
Follow the directions as given above and turn down Park End St passed the entrance of the Hotel. 500 yards past the entrance you will find the Worcester street car park on your left hand side.

Seacourt Park and Ride
Follow directions as above and when you take the first exit off the roundabout stay in the inside lane, this lane will take you directly into the park and ride. The park and ride is equipped with CCTV and security personnel. The bus you catch here will drop you off directly outside the hotel.
Charges: £1.50 per day.

Train
The train station is 500 yards from the hotel, come out of the main station concourse and walk straight ahead towards the city centre, the hotel will be found directly in front of you.

Coach
You will arrive at the coach station in Gloucester green. Go out of the main entrance and turn right. At the bottom of this road you will see a car park on your right past Dukes Cut pub into Park End Street, the hotel can be found at the bottom of this road on your right.
