We are a family-run guesthouse,situated in a quiet area and only 2 miles from the town centre. We offer a choice of six bedrooms,5 double rooms, each with king-size double beds and one twin room with , most of which have views of the garden and mountains.
Beautifully furnished to offer comfort and quality to a high standard.
All the rooms are on the ground floor so that guests have no stairs to climb. Very suitable for people with mobility difficulties. All have en-suite facilities (with shower or bath and shower, handbasin and toilet, central heating, LCD flat screen TV, clock/radio, hospitality tray, toiletries, hair dryer and free WIFI access. Enjoy breakfast of your choice in our bright conservatory and you may see wildlife in our garden. Our landscaped garden has been awarded for several times first prize in the Coal in Bloom Scheme and has become a haven for all kind of wildlife. Wander around or sit back on our garden furniture and admire stunning views of Ben Nevis

•If you are arriving from the south, head northwards out of Fort William, following the A82 (signposted Inverness), turn left at the signpost to Mallaig (The Road to the Isles - A830) then shortly at traffic lights turn left again (by Farmfoods) to Lochyside (B8006). Our house is approximately 1km on the right hand side (it's the second house after the RC primary school).

•If you are arriving from the north you will be on the A82 heading into Fort William. Shortly before entering the town centre, you will see the Ben Nevis Distillery on your left - here you need to turn right at the signpost to Mallaig (The Road to the Isles - A830) then shortly at traffic lights turn left again (by Farmfoods) to Lochyside (B8006). Our house is approximately 1km on the right hand side (it's the second house after the RC primary school).
