Fitz Guest House is a stunning Victorian house in the heart of the English lake district - Keswick on Derwentwater. We have a beautiful double guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor., this room can also be used as a family room with extra camp bed available for one child. Two small children could be accomodated in the family room if parents could bring own travel cot.This room also has a marvellous balcony on which to sit in the morning and bask in the sun with your morning coffee.There is another double/twin room on the first floor with views and ensuite consisting of shower, sink and toilet.
The house is within walking distance of all the shops and amenities that Keswick has to offer and is yards from Fitz Park and the river Der.
We are child friendly and welcome children of all ages.
We offer a continental breakfast which can be served to you in your room at a time you choose or you can have a full English locally sourced breakfast in the dining room. Whatever suits you!

On entering Keswick from the direction of Penrith you will drive along Penrith Road and the river Greta will run along your right hand side. When you see a Cenotaph Memorial at the top of that road turn right down Station Road. The house is on the left hand side just before the bridge and the Youth Hostel.
