In Hastings:
If you're on the sea-front at the pier looking out to sea, we are 500 metres along the seafront to the right (west) of the pier, between the pier and Warrior Square. If you get to the zebra crossing you've gone 50 metres past us.

From London:
Exit the M25 at junction 5 - follow signs for Sevenoaks and then pick up signs for Hastings A21 travelling south. Stay on the A21 all the way to Hastings. Follow signs for St Leonards-on-Sea Town Centre and Seafront. When you get to the seafront at Warrior Square, turn left onto the seafront and the hotel is 100 metres on the left - if you get to the pier you have gone too far (see - "In Hastings" above).
