From New Street Station
The Rotunda is a three minute walk from New Street Station. When you come through the ticket barriers head left and follow the exit towards Bull Ring. Once outside (in the fresh air not in the shopping centre) continue straight ahead to the end of the station approach (Debenhams is opposite you) and then turn left towards the Rotunda (the tall cylindrical building). Keeping left, walk up the steps, past the Tourist Information Centre, then Zara and keep walking (you are now walking around the outside of the Rotunda). The entrance to the Rotunda is immediately after Zara. Press the bell button for us and the 24 hour concierge.

Car parking
The car park costs £16 for a 24 hour stay. We are currently working on getting a better rate for Staying Cool guests. The entrance to the nearest car park is 300m away beneath the Bull Ring and the Rotunda. It is open from 6am to midnight; the quickest route to the Rotunda is open from 6am until 10pm. So if you are arriving before 10pm, park as near to the Debenhams entrance as possible. When on foot go through the glass doors marked West Mall and Debenhams. Take the lift to Level 3. Walk straight ahead, past Gap until you are in the main mall (keep to the left). You’ll walk past the Apple Shop and Goldsmiths. Exit the Mall by the Bull statue and turn left past Zara. The entrance to the Rotunda is just after Zara. Press the bell buzzer for us and the 24 hour concierge.

If you are arriving after 11pm and before 6am, you will need to use the outdoor exit. Park as near to the central pedestrian exit as possible. On foot go through the glass doors marked Central Lift and Stairs. Take the lift to Level 1. Costa Coffee is immediately to your left. Walk around it and take the first exit left towards the church. Turn immediately right up the steps and past all the restaurants until you reach Zara on your left. The entrance to the Rotunda is just after Zara. If you are arriving or departing between midnight and 6am please let us know and we will advise on where to park.

Check-in is from 3pm but do arrive earlier to drop off your bags and if your apartment is ready you are very welcome to check-in. Check-out is noon.
